An Italian Government Tourist Tax is to be collected on arrival in cash, this is set currently at 3.50 Euro per adult (under 14 years old excluded)

per day up to a maximum of 3 days.

Pets are allowed but must be supervised at all times.

 

A maximum of two pets are allowed at any one time unless cleared prior to the booking with the owners of the property.

 

Smoking,Vaping or E-Cigarettes are only allowed to be used outside of the property.

 

 The use of drugs is prohibited at the property.

 

Quiet hours are between midnight and 7:30am  7 days per week.

 

The amount of guests at any one time in the house must correspond to the booking with us.

No parties or gatherings without prior permission.


Children must be accompanied by adults at all times including at the pool and outdoors of the property.

No outdoor fires. Cigarettes are to be put out appropriately outside of the house, no smoking inside the house.

 

No excessive noise.

Personal Accident insurance and private property  insurance is to be provided by the guests for the entire stay at the house.

All damage and breakages made by guests must be paid for prior to departure.

During the colder months we subsidise the gas for the house. We contribute 20 euro per day. This allows heating for 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours at night plus adequate hot water for guests. If you wish for further heating we feel it only fair that guests contribute for the extra gas/electricity usage.

House keys must be returned to us at the end of your stay. If you decide to shorten your stay you must contact us to let us know your intentions and also return the house keys.
