Price is for up to 8 adults and 2 Children per night and includes gas and electricity. We contribute up to 20 euro per night for these utilities, if you require more then you are expected to contribute at your cost.
Payment by credit card/PayPal or bank transfer. Cash on arrival is accepted if the time period is imminent.
3 payments available with a minimum first payment of 150 euro
Full payment must be made prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed.

Italian Government Tax collection of 3.50 euro per night per person up to a maximum of 3 nights is collected on arrival. This applies to guests of 14 years and above. This is compulsory.
